You will be a part of HPB's Youth Preventive Services Group, whichstrives to advance health promotion efforts in the school and out‐of‐school settings toprovide health promotion programs in addition to the child & youth health and dental servicesto reduce Singapore's burden of diseases under the national health initiative – Grow Well SG.Focusing on child & youth health screening and dental services and building healthy lifestylehabits in areas of eating, physical activity, sleep and screen time, our combined approaches ofecosystem, healthy living environment allow us to ensure that all children and youth inSingapore will eventually adopt healthy lifestyle habit starting from young and throughout theiradulthood. Scope As a key member of Child & Youth Program & Partnership – Digital Enablement & Analyticsteam, you'll have to be comfortable to put on many hats. You will organise and manage large andvaried data sets used to review, formulate and support the implementation of digitalisationtransformation strategies, through performing analytics work for the division by usingdescriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics to support strategy and operation forvarious CYPP programmes, health & dental services, in‐school/out of school and digitalplatforms. You will work with internal data and IT teams, external vendors and facilitatebusiness & operation teams to define use cases for various purposes e.g. monitoring,reporting, hypotheses testing and develop analysis and distil insights. You'll collaboratewith cross‐functional teams to understand different streams of data sets and databases /systems, and also build, maintain, automate and improve on dashboards to track thebusiness health for planning and reporting. You will be required to create visualisations toallow users to easily see important trends in key KPIs, and which business owners can useto spot anomalies and/or opportunities. Lastly, you will have the opportunities to automateand enhance recurring reports for stakeholders and undertake any other responsibilitiesassigned to you. Qualifications An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self‐motivated individual with exposure in businessand health analytics and data visualisation. Experience in project management will be anadded advantage.
