Job Title: Recovery Vehicle Operator

The Recovery Vehicle Operator is responsible for safely transporting disabled vehicles from one location to another. They must be able to operate a variety of heavy equipment, including recovery trucks and winches, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a recovery truck to transport disabled vehicles
  • Use specialized equipment such as winches and tow straps to recover stuck vehicles
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Identify and resolve problems that may arise during the recovery process

As a Recovery Vehicle Operator, you will work independently to assess and respond to customer needs. You will need strong communication skills to interact with clients, manage their expectations, and provide updates on the status of their vehicle.

This role requires a high degree of physical stamina, as you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and withstand extreme temperatures.
