For video/image/audio/text, enhanced content understanding can improve search and recommendations and help identify and defend against internet abuse and fraud. For code, the developed LLM aims to automatically reorganize/optimize the TikTok codebase and make coding more accessible for TikTok engineers. As a graduate, you will have opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and grow. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2026. Drive core technology development for large language model code direction, continuously optimizing code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities. Focus on improving code comprehension, reasoning, and generation capabilities in real-world production codebases, enhancing TikTok service code performance and privacy compliance. Explore Code Agent capabilities suitable for actual business production environments and improve TikTok R&D efficiency.
