What you'll be doing Engaging with customers in high-traffic areas to raise brand awareness and generate leads Providing exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to potential clients Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Attending trade shows, events, and exhibitions to showcase the company's offerings Maintaining detailed sales records and providing regular performance reports Continuously expanding your product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company's sales initiatives What we're looking for Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the travel or consumer goods industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and objections A passionate and driven personality with a keen interest in the travel and tourism industry Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software A creative and innovative mindset to help drive the company's marketing and sales initiatives What we offer At ROYAL ORG PTE LTD, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
