We’re searching for an Operations Manger (OneCare)to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCSWhat will you do?Interface with SM on all Ops matters. Helping the Ops Director to oversee a team of Ops Leads on system related escalation and matters pertaining to Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance. Rooster rotation and interface with SMs on escalation Assist the Ops Director to ensure engineers are up to the job skill (certification and training)Take Lead in working with various divisions on operation improvement and analysis to better support. Key contributor for continuous operation improvement for OneCare Support. Laise with Sales Specialist on deals, and downstream vendors like Cisco, Checkpoint etc. Involves in Tender financial assessment and technical compliance with the Presales The ideal candidate should possess: Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field. Experience in Windows-based systems and infrastructure projects Proficiency in ITIL IT Service management and Network Management Information Systems (NMIS)Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
