What the role is:
We seek a motivated research assistant (RA) to join our team and gain hands-on experience in survey research and data analysis. This traineeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in survey methodology, data collection, and business insights relating to traveller satisfaction.
What you will be working on:
Key Responsibilities
Survey Development and Implementation: The RA will assist in conducting a traveller satisfaction survey, from initial concept through to final reporting. This includes supporting the drafting of survey questionnaires, ensuring questions are clear and aligned with survey objectives.
Data Collection and Analysis: The RA will also work closely with the team to conduct basic data cleaning, preliminary analysis of survey results, and assisting in the preparation of summary reports and presentations.
Administrative Support: The RA’s other job scope will include other general administrative duties to support the team's operations.
What we are looking for:
The RA should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. The candidate should have an interest in data analysis and customer research, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience with surveys or data analysis is advantageous but not required.
