Business Intelligence Developer Role

About the Position

ITLink Business Solutions seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our consultancy, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust business intelligence solutions using IBM Planning Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Work with data sources to build accurate models and dashboards, supporting productized Power BI services and SaaS initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions and conduct thorough testing to resolve defects.
  • Provide clear technical documentation and train users to adopt solutions confidently.
  • Partner with team members to plan projects, share knowledge, and strengthen team delivery.
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Learning agility, curiosity, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work products.
  • Experience working in a project-based, client-facing consultancy environment is preferred.
