Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily management of our facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of coaches and staff members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Actively coach and mentor students in various physical disciplines, including ninja warrior, parkour, gymnastics, obstacle course racing, and fitness training, to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Lesson Plan Development: Collaborate with coaches to create and develop engaging and structured weekly lesson plans that align with curriculum goals, promoting a fun and effective learning environment for students.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with parents and students, and handling any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Collaboration: Work closely with administrative staff to manage booking systems, financial systems, inventory management, and manpower scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • System Management: Have in-depth knowledge of all gym systems, including booking, financial, inventory, and scheduling systems, and ensure proper usage and troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manpower Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of coaches and staff to ensure adequate coverage for all programs and classes, optimizing staff scheduling to meet peak operational hours and demand.
  • Resource Optimization: Develop and implement efficient resource management strategies to maximize facility utilization, monitor and control operational costs to improve profitability.
  • Program Development: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing new programs that engage kids and help them improve their fitness, agility, and ninja warrior skills.
  • Facility Management: Ensure that our facilities, equipment, and safety standards are maintained at all times, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for participants.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Assist in promoting our academy through local events, social media, and outreach programs to attract new students and retain existing ones.
  • Health and Safety: Enforce safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants, especially children.
  • Business Development and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and customer retention, identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to expand our business.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in gym or fitness center management, preferably in a similar role within a children's fitness or sports academy.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of parkour, gymnastics, obstacle course racing, or fitness training is essential, with experience in these areas enabling you to effectively guide and coach children.
  • Coaching Experience: Experience in coaching children, with a focus on fitness, agility, and strength-based training is required.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong experience in collaborating with coaches to develop structured, engaging weekly lesson plans and excellent communication skills to build relationships with parents, students, and staff.
  • Leadership and Organization: Strong leadership skills with a passion for motivating and managing a diverse team, along with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
