Overview We are currently hiring a PeopleSoft Developer for a one-year renewable contract. This opportunity allows you to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction, and maintain a work-life balance. Responsibilities Analyze process/program specifications & translate them to program codes, conforming to program guidelines and best practices. Make changes to configurable items (hardware, software, documentation), covering configuration management planning, identification, controls, & audits. Develop unit test packages, execute tests & document results to ensure program quality. Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT, and implementation activities to fix reported problems/bugs for smooth execution in production. Investigate reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so the system operates correctly & efficiently. Analyze functional requirements to translate into application design using established design methodologies and guidelines. Ensure codes comply with NCS security guidelines. Work with team lead to ensure design and code conform to architecture and design standards. Participate in requirements gathering and work with Business Analysts in reviewing & refining functional specifications. Participate in peer reviews to improve project quality. Qualifications Typically 1‐5 years of experience with substantial project work in software development. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Management of Information Systems or equivalent. Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation toward results and high quality standards. Strong problem solving skills and ability to think out of the box. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivator with a positive attitude and high energy.
