Overview

Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Public & Member Engagement (PME)

We\'re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our team. The Executive (PME) plays a vital role in supporting the department’s mission as the primary point of contact for our members especially the young members, managing all matters related to membership and ensuring work information is accurately recorded and maintained.

This is a dynamic position that goes beyond a single function. You\'ll also provide essential support across the department, assisting with administrative duties and execution of music related events handled by the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the department in full aspect of membership management including application collation, manage work data (data entry) with accuracy and member queries.

  • Assist in the conceptualization and development of music projects specifically designed to engage and benefit the teen to young adult age group.

  • Provide support for music-related events organised by the department.

Requirements

  • Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in administration

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential with good interpersonal skills.

  • Bilingual

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a keen eye for detail.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Passion for music and a good understanding of the teen to young adult demographic
