Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst cum Tester
to join our Compliance Technology team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between
business users and IT solutions , ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless project delivery. You will play a dual role – gathering requirements and managing testing – while working closely with end-users, vendors, and solution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document
user requirements, business processes, and system specifications .
Prepare
User Requirement Specifications (URS)
and perform feasibility studies.
Develop and execute
test plans, integrated testing, and support UAT .
Perform
issue analysis
and recommend solutions.
Manage and track
project timelines, vendor deliverables, and enhancements .
Act as a
liaison
between business users and solution teams for smooth delivery.
Support compliance-related domains such as
AML, Watchlist Filtering, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Activity Monitoring .
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services).
Strong knowledge of
Compliance / AML / CDD / Regulatory systems .
Hands-on with
SDLC, test planning, UAT, and issue management .
Prior experience with
AML systems (e.g., Actimize, SAS AML, OFSAA)
is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage vendors, stakeholders, and deliver results under pressure.
