Description We are seeking an experienced Student Care Centre Manager to oversee the operations and management of our student care centre. As the Student Care Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and educational support to students in a nurturing environment. This is a full‐time position based in Yishun.What you'll be doing Providing leadership and oversight of the daily operations of the student care centreEnsuring programmes and activities are conducted as per set curriculum that support the holistic development of studentsMentoring, developing and managing a team of dedicated student care professionalsFostering strong relationships with parents and schoolsEnsuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policiesManaging the centre's budget and resources effectivelyContinuously improving the quality of service and identifying opportunities for growthWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar student care centre supervisory roleExcellent leadership and people management skillsStrong organisational and problem‐solving abilitiesDemonstrable experience in implementing engaging educational programmesSound knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the student care industryEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for working with and supporting the development of childrenWhat we offer At SELF HELP GROUPS STUDENT CARE LIMITED, we value our employees and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment.
