Singapore Economic Development Board Full time

What the role is:
Executive (Accounts Payable) (2 year contract)
What you will be working on:
Process invoices and payment settlements
Maintain Vendor master
Prepare month end reports
Handle cash advance and perform audit cash counts
Meet prompt payment targets
Involve in audit checks for staff expense claims
Use technology or data analysis to improve process productivity
Other ad hoc work assigned
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of related working experience in Accounts Payable
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Able to adapt to changes and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
