Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the organization.
Provide strategic HR advice and counsel to senior leaders and business unit heads.
Partner with business leaders to drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance with local employment laws.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, partnering with legal counsel as needed.
Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives to support a positive and productive work culture.
Provide thought leadership on HR trends and best practices to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
Experience working in a large multinational organization, with a strong understanding of the HR function.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business strategy into HR strategy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to identify potential improvement in overall HR processes.
Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
