Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the leadership team during the interim period, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
HR Strategy:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
Talent Management:
Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Organizational Development:
Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and productivity.
HR Operations:
Ensure efficient HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Change Management:
Lead change management efforts to support organizational initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
Communication:
Effectively communicate HR policies, programs, and initiatives to employees and stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
Collaboration:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (10+ years) in regional or global HR leadership roles, with significant experience in the oil and gas industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations across Asia and Middle East.
Experience managing performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
