Assistant Vice President, Operations Senior Recruiter- Hybrid
(Job Title:
Recruiter Senior

C12 ) based in Singapore. The role involves end-to-end recruitment strategy, execution, and delivery in coordination with HR, supporting the overall business strategy.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Work with hiring managers and HR partners to manage full-cycle recruitment, including job descriptions and diverse & inclusive strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Perform salary recommendations & execute the offer process.
Ensure proper due diligence & relevant checks are conducted and adhered to.
Adhere to hiring policies and procedures, and administer “best practice” recruitment guidelines.
Facilitate timely feedback to stakeholders for documentation and approval.
Manage relationships with stakeholders to source high-quality, diverse candidates.
Leverage data for recruitment decisions.
Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitive hiring strategies.
Participate/lead recruitment projects to innovate and improve hiring processes.
Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities.
Source talent through social media and networking.
Coach and train new recruits, assuming leadership roles within the team.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have:
5-12 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Ability to creatively source, engage, and pipeline top talents.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional candidate management experience.
Independence, resourcefulness, and proactivity in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing APAC recruitment is advantageous.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
