Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining custom machine vision applications.

About the Role

  • Create machine vision algorithms for product inspection, process control, and manufacturing automation.
  • Maintain knowledge in deep learning-based vision solutions.
  • Analyze project requirements and design, develop, and test multitasking Windows desktop applications for industrial equipment.
  • Optimize existing software to improve performance and fix bugs.
  • Provide technical support for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine vision systems, including host PCs, frame grabbers, cameras, illumination, motion control, and interfaces.
  • Understand and interface with third-party embedded controllers using their APIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in computer engineering/electronics engineering or equivalent.
  • Min 3 to 5 years of experience in vision and developing Windows applications for industrial/automation equipment.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, RS-232, camera interfaces, and motion controller interface protocols such as Epson, ABB, and Beckhoff.
  • Knowledge in MODBUS, SECS/GEM, and other industrial protocols is an added advantage.
  • Excellent skills in process mapping and software design concepts.
