Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician Role

We are seeking a skilled Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) physician to join our team and provide expert care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality TCM consultation and treatment services to patients with diverse needs and circumstances.
  • Offer guidance and support to patients regarding TCM treatments and related queries, promoting informed decision-making.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual patient requirements, leveraging expertise in TCM principles and practices.
  • Collaborate closely with service consultants and therapists to provide integrated care and ensure seamless coordination of patient services.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts to raise public awareness about TCM services and promote their value.
  • Organize regular training sessions for staff members to enhance their understanding of TCM principles and best practices.
  • Maintain strict adherence to the TCM Physician's Code of Conduct and comply with relevant regulations to uphold professional standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • Registration as a TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and a positive attitude are vital for effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a cohesive team, prioritizing teamwork and open communication.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.
