Role Summary We’re looking for a Global Content Marketing Manager to help tell the story of how AI is transforming R&D and Life Sciences. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our global go-to-market efforts, creating content that bridges technical innovation with real business impact. From customer success stories and research-led insights to blogs, reports, and campaigns, you’ll shape how we connect with technical and business audiences across the global market. What You'll Be Doing Serve as a core pillar for content creation across the global market (including US, EU, and APAC), ensuring alignment with product launches, ABM campaigns, and demand generation goals Independently produce customer stories, case studies, blogs, newsletters, infographics, landing pages, and research reports that showcase real business outcomes Translate technical AI capabilities into clear, customer-centric narratives for diverse audiences, from technical experts to business leaders Partner with demand gen to fuel campaigns across web, LinkedIn, email, and paid channels Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers to produce GTM content Bring fresh, research-led insights to strengthen content marketing in R&D and Life Sciences About You 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or content creation (internships count)Excellent writing skills - able to simplify technical or scientific language Curious, independent, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Background or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Nice To Have Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Chemistry, or related discipline Familiarity with content norms in the US/EU markets PR or social media experience Mandarin proficiency Our Values Integrity: We hold each other accountable for our actions Leadership: We lead by example and inspire each other to reach for new heights Openness: We are open and honest and share our ideas with care and consideration Growth: We are lifelong learners who aspire to improve each day Innovation: We seek out new ways to solve problems Customer: Our customer is at the center of everything we do.
