Role:IT Executive (Up to $4000) Working hour : Monday to Friday 8am to 5.45pm Salary : $3,500 to $4,000 Location: Admiralty Job Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Support Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.) Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers) System Administration Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies) Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place Manufacturing/Production System Support Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory-specific systems Troubleshoot machine-PC communication issues (e.g., PLCs, IoT devices) Ensure system uptime to minimize production downtime Software & Application Support Install, configure, and maintain standard and custom software Provide technical support to end-users Liaise with software vendors for updates, bugs, or new implementations IT Policies and Compliance Implement and enforce IT policies, data protection, and access control Support ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant compliance needs if applicable User Support & Training Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues Provide training or guidance to staff on using systems or software Reporting & Documentation Maintain IT asset inventory Prepare incident reports, maintenance logs, and update manuals Support audits and provide technical documentation Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field Experienced with ERP / MES systems 1-3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration May require after-hours or weekend support during downtime or system issues WhatsApp: (Han) Email: Chaw Chiaw Han, Reg No: R The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd, EA No: 14c7279
