Salary Base pay range: SGD2,800.00/yr - SGD3,800.00/yr Responsibilities Maintain household chores, including preparing simple meals. Manage residents'' time within the residence and prepare them to go to work. Live with others by sharing common spaces, meals, and chores, and respect fellow residents' needs. Support residents during day and night shift hours (rotation): ensure safety and security of residents at all times; respond to emergencies as required. Provide a safe and homely environment for residents. Co-develop house rules with the residents and ensure residents are accountable for their household duties. Provide opportunities for social interactions and community involvement. Maintain comfort, safety, and security; upkeep common areas and coordinate repairs as required. Qualifications Min GCE 'O' level with 1 - 2 years working experience. Possess knowledge and understanding of autism and skills in housekeeping. Good interpersonal and relational skills. Passion to work with individuals on the autism spectrum. Work Arrangements The incumbent is required to work on a shift roster which includes weekends and public holidays and a stayover at the residence for 3 days at a stretch. We offer an attractive shift pattern with up to 8.5 consecutive days off every three weeks.
