Landscape Manager Position

">
  • Attend site visits and conduct show rounds to inspect project progress.
  • Develop and propose sustainable landscape designs for specified sites, considering environmental factors and client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and reports on landscape maintenance, including necessary updates and revisions.
  • Coordinate with ground crew to ensure efficient work orders and effective project execution.
  • Handle complaints from clients in a professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Establish and maintain regular maintenance schedules to guarantee ongoing project success.
  • Monitor and record staff attendance at the site, ensuring accurate records and optimal workforce utilization.
  • Oversee assigned projects, facilitating collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project goals.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for landscape projects, including liaison with customers to discuss project requirements and progress.
  • Implement on-the-job training programs for new crew members, focusing on skill development and performance improvement.

Requirements

">
  • A degree or diploma in horticulture, arboriculture, or a related field, accompanied by at least one year of experience in the landscaping industry.
  • Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively communicate with clients who speak this language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead and multitask, dynamic attitude, and a commitment to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills.
  • Preferably, candidates with knowledge of horticulture or arboriculture, as well as those with relevant polytechnic/WSQ diplomas or degrees.
  • On-the-job training provided for selected candidates.

Work Details

Working Hours: 5.5-day workweek.
