Our Future Leaders Programme will ignite the leader in you. This unique programme is designed to develop Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFL) by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate their readiness to take on business leadership roles. Location: Singapore. Duration: 3 Years.

Our Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) focuses on developing tomorrow’s leaders, today, through multiple job rotations and targeted development opportunities in a fast-paced environment. You will learn on the job and have access to carefully selected learning programmes to build leadership and business skills.

As an Unilever Future Leader (UFL), you will gain an invaluable and exciting work experience at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with brands like Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Comfort, Knorr and Ben & Jerry’s.

What will you be doing? Marketing within our Brand teams involves engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data, and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity and business. You will embark on experiences in core Marketing areas, including:

  • Brand building and brand development
  • Creating compelling visions for our brands and developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix
  • Managing multiple challenging projects, potentially involving external creative agencies
  • Overseeing networks for new product launches with the supply chain team and alignment with the Category team on launches

What do we look for?
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Graduates with no formal work experience beyond 24 months upon graduation
