Engineering Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our engineering initiatives. As a pivotal project engineer, you will orchestrate the planning and execution of engineering projects ensuring timely completion within set parameters.

Your role will involve collaboration with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and program management for project coordination and execution.
  • Lead team leader in project execution, planning, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with main contractors and subcontractors, attend necessary meetings, and resolve site technical issues.

Site Supervision & Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate site work, monitor equipment and material delivery, and carry out inspections with RTO/consultants.
  • Update superiors on site matters or changes and maintain accurate documentation.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and operations manuals.
  • Assist in preparing monthly site progress reports, update site progress claims, and prepare site safety documents.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

  • Maintain good relationships with clients and coordinate with main contractors and consultants.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (3+ years experience) or Degree in relevant Engineering field (1+ year experience).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Building Management Systems is an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strong planning and problem-solving abilities, confidence in decision-making, and willingness to learn.
