Respiratory Therapist (Various Settings Available)Good career growth and personal development Responsibilities Evaluate and adjust patients on mechanical ventilators and provide respiratory support like CPAP, BIPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula. Conduct airway and respiratory procedures, including blood gas sampling, suctioning, bronchoscopy assistance, intubation, extubating, and surfactant administration. Assist in transporting mechanically ventilated patients within and between hospitals. Develop respiratory care plans and recommend therapy changes based on patient assessments. Engage in ward rounds and discussions about patient care plans. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of respiratory equipment. Monitor and manage respiratory inventory stock. Provide interprofessional education, training, and guidance to healthcare team members and students. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in research projects. Requirements Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Respiratory Therapy. Accredited training institution credentials.
