As a Senior Backend Engineer , you will play a critical role in designing , developing , and maintaining the server-side part of our platform. The Skills You'll Bring?Experience building a production-level backend in any language– We use Python & Go but welcome engineers from any language. Strong system design skills and SOLID principles as part of your engineering mindset. Test-driven thinking – You write tests to catch issues before they reach production. Solid English communication skills —We’re a globally distributed, remote team. Where You Can Make an Impact We’re tackling exciting engineering challenges, and we’d welcome your help in shaping the future of our platform. Here are some extra areas where you can contribute: Performance & scalability – Our top-tier clients generate thousands of events per second. We process billions of events in our databases, making performance optimization of our APIs and DBs a critical challenge. Observability – We’re enhancing our monitoring and alerting stack. If you’re passionate about observability, there’s plenty to build here. Architecture – We’re evolving our codebase using the Hexagonal Architecture. Kubernetes Migration – For developers who also enjoy DevOps, this is an opportunity for an impactful contribution. AI & LLMs – We’re integrating AI capabilities .
