Job Title: Cyber Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and management of network, server, storage and security equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on network, server, storage and security equipment.
  • Configure and upgrade hardware, firmware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare and set up test environments according to testing requirements.
  • Provide operation and support for equipment, diagnosing hardware and software problems and arranging for defective components to be replaced.
  • Set up simulated networks for training purposes, including the setup of networks, operating systems, virtualization, databases, application servers and cyber monitoring systems.
  • Develop, test and implement custom scripts to enhance range operations.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with vendors, system administrators and project teams to resolve issues in the environment.
  • Troubleshoot and manage end-to-end availability, capacity, change, configuration, incident and problem management of range system.
  • Perform documentation for system design and development implementation and support works performed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience dealing with Data Center infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience working with physical servers and networking equipment such as switches, routers and firewalls.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 engineers.
  • Minimum 1 year of virtualization technology experience, including knowledge of VMware products such as ESXi and vCenter.
  • Must have CCNA certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cyber technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, antivirus and SSL is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to discuss with end customers on daily tasks and prioritize work loads.
Work Location: Candidate shall be based onsite at an army camp located in Choa Chu Kang.
