Overview
Head of Enterprise Sales role at Spencer Ogden (APAC region).
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy for the APAC region.
Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, providing coaching and mentorship.
Establish clear sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Drive enterprise-level new business acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts.
Identify, develop, and close large, complex sales opportunities.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure strong lead generation and regional market expansion.
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth within APAC.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company at key regional industry events and conferences.
Implement sales processes and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Regularly report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and market insights to the executive team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contract guidelines.
The Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Minimum 15 years of sales experience in Enterprise or B2B environment, with at least 5 years in a Senior Sales leadership role.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and develop creative solutions to address client needs.
Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company\'s products or services and the ability to communicate their features and benefits effectively.
Influence and Persuasion: Ability to influence clients\' decisions by articulating value propositions and aligning solutions with their needs.
