Job Description We are looking for a skilled Data Management and Analysis Manager who can transform complex data into actionable insights. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive data-informed decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Data Management and Quality Ensure that data collected is accurate, clean, and well-organised. Manage all stages of data handling—from collection to validation and preparation for use. Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity. Support data migration and other related projects as needed. Dashboard Development and Maintenance Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and visual reports that clearly present key business information. Collaborate with various teams to translate data into actionable insights. Continuously seek and implement innovative ways to enhance dashboard functionality and user experience. Process Improvement and Automation Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data processes to improve efficiency. Translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements. Data Requests and Governance Assess and respond to data requests from different teams promptly and accurately. Ensure all data sharing complies with security standards and company policies. Regularly review and refine data sharing workflows to improve accessibility and compliance. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze data to identify trends and patterns relevant to business operations. Prepare clear, concise reports and share insights to support operational improvements. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to aid informed decision-making. Job Requirements Knowledge: Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools, especially Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and pivot tables). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a strong advantage. Basic knowledge of data governance, security standards, and compliance requirements. Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights. Competent in creating clear, effective dashboards and visual reports that cater to different business users. Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical audiences. Good collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Aptitudes and Abilities: Detail-oriented and meticulous in managing and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Demonstrates initiative in identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement. Comfortable working with large datasets and adapting to changing business requirements. Willingness to learn and keep updated on emerging data tools and technologies.
