Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM), you will have the opportunity to grow as an E-commerce/Beauty Marketing expert by working in end-to-end Digital Marketing, E-commerce & Retail operations. About Us Founded in 2016 by Jungmin Lee, Ksisters is now one of the most popular beauty/fashion e-commerce startup in Singapore, curating hard-to-find Korean beauty, fashion and lifestyle products raved by Koreans. You can learn more about us on Instagram and Website. RESPONSIBILITIES Contents Creation (40%)Monitor social buzz and trends and translate them to actions to help support business goals. Conceptualizing and creating social media content (Photography/ Videography/ Graphic Design) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc... Manage our social media accounts Marketing (60%)Involved in the planning and execution of activations and campaigns to support new launches and brand's key promotions. Ensure launch/campaign readiness, planning and execution of product launches/marketing activations to ensure alignment with brand strategy in collaboration Lead the development of brand collaterals (brochures and gift with purchases)Lead brand launch/ in-store activation in Watsons and Guardian. Develop product page for new launch product by localizing from the original Korean content. Support AMM on media campaigns, KOL marketing & liaison and social campaigns to drive brand growth. Support the team in daily operations follow-up & execution (quality issues, or any brand related matters)Support / Lead new launch physical events At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Relevant Beauty field and interest in Korean Beauty will be a plus.)Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro A self-starter who can work independently with a positive mindset, collaborative and passionate about beauty & marketing.
