Position: Bellman Salary: Up to $3,000Location: Sentosa Shift timing: Between 8am - 11pm (Rotating Shift)Responsibilities: Welcome guests as the first point of contact with warmth, professionalism and confidence. Assist with luggage handling (up to 30kg), door operations, and offering directions or information. Uphold impeccable grooming and presentation standards in line with luxury brand expectations. Work closely with concierge and front desk teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch guest experience. Any ad hoc duties assigned Requirements: Well-groomed and professional appearance that reflects a luxury hospitality environment. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills. Involves handling heavy luggage (30kg) and standing for extended periods in an outdoor area. Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
