  • Oversee team performance, ensuring seamless collaboration and supporting new hires in their development.
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients and products, guaranteeing only the highest standards are met.
  • Update stock records, perform regular stock takes, and effectively manage inventory levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamlining workflow and enhancing overall productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B and related fields.
  • Able to commit long-term, with a minimum of 1 year tenure expected.
