Overview

The Senior Spa Therapist is responsible for performing tailored massages, and skin and body treatments. They possess in-depth knowledge of spa treatments and provide advanced consultation and recommendations to customers based on their skin and body condition. They also supervise daily spa operations by ensuring the maintenance of inventory, timely follow-up to customers, cleanliness of the spa and maintenance of equipment. They operate in spas and wellness centres, and stand for long hours during their shifts. They are customer-centric and an excellent team player who provides guidance to junior staff. They uphold the professional and ethical standards of the industry and comply with local regulations pertaining to their trade.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tailored massages and skin and body treatments.
  • Provide advanced consultation and recommendations based on customer skin/body condition.
  • Supervise daily spa operations including inventory maintenance, customer follow-up, spa cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
  • Work in spas and wellness centres with long shift hours.
  • Be customer-centric and mentor junior staff as a team player.
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards and comply with local regulations.
