What the role is: Implements volunteer recruitment, engagement and retention strategies to build and maintain a strong pool of M3 volunteers across all Coordinates volunteer deployment for Project Dian programmes at , ensuring effective matching, tracking and scheduling of volunteers for meaningful engagement with beneficiaries. Works with training providers to develop and implement structured volunteer training programmes and orientation sessions to enhance volunteer capabilities. Organises volunteer recognition, capability building sessions and networking platforms to maintain volunteer motivation and strengthen bonds between volunteers and Project Dian families. Manages volunteer database and tracking systems to monitor volunteer participation, engagement levels and programme effectiveness across M3 initiatives. Works closely with officers and stakeholders to support volunteer retention and ensure consistent deployment approaches across locations. Performs other duties as assigned by senior officers. Knowledge & Skills Minimum : Significant extracurricular involvement and/or leadership and organising community programmes/projects Desired : Experience working with volunteers, Grassroots Organisations, M3 agencies, Malay/Muslim Organisations, social service sector Other attributes Good interpersonal skills. Enjoys working with volunteers and people. Able to work on weekday nights and weekends to attend house visits, meetings, programmes and other work-related duties and responsibilities. Able to work independently and as a team member. Self-motivated and goal-getter. Creative and forward-thinking. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Successful candidates will be given a 3-year contract.
