# Convenient working location in the Central/East # Salary up to S$3500/month # Mondays – Fridays, Office Hours The company, a therapy centre for children with special needs, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Behaviour Therapist. Job Responsibilities: Observe and analyze client behavior while applying ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles Create individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs Implement IEPs, evaluate student performance, and monitor ongoing progress Revise IEPs periodically to align with each student's development and updated goals Identify and appropriately respond to significant behavioral improvements Utilize behavioral redirection strategies effectively Maintain detailed written records for each student Regularly share progress updates with supervisors and parents Job Requirements: Degree in Psychology or equivalent 1 year(s) working experience in the related field preferred Prior experience in applying ABA principles preferred Looking for a new job or career opportunity?
