The Admin/Accounts Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing accounting tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
Accounts Duties:
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements.
Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
