What You’ll Do Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Plan, implement, and deliver age-appropriate lessons based on our in-house curriculum. Support Holistic Growth: Foster a safe, creative, and nurturing environment for children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Innovate in Teaching: Adapt lessons with innovation and creativity. Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with colleagues, families, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded learning journey for every child. Observe and Assess: Monitor developmental milestones and maintain open, regular communication with parents and guardians. Stay Aligned: Ensure compliance with school policies and Singapore’s Ministry of Education regulations. Who You Are A creative educator who sees children as capable learners Someone who values collaboration and open communication Adaptable and excited about building something new Professional yet warm in your interactions Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)Certified by ECDA as an L2 Teacher Language Skills: Fluent in English/Chinese (written and spoken) required for classroom instruction, curriculum delivery and parent communications. Strong communication and classroom-management skills are essential. Salary Package and Career Growth $3,000-$4,500 (Final salary based on qualifications, experience, and skillset)Clear pathways to senior teachers Support for further certifications Experience & Expertise Well-versed in project-based learning.
