About Binance Accelerator Program Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. We are looking for office administrator interns who will be responsible for ensuring that all day to day processes related to the office and facilities are running smoothly. You will be an essential business partner to support functions (IT, Finance, HR, etc.) in our organisation, which support us to work efficiently and better. This role is a 100% on-site arrangement, supporting our APAC offices (multiple locations). Job Responsibilities Assist daily on-site support for the local office including renovation, relocation and premise maintenance. Support administrative tasks for all BUs including coordinating office suppliers, catering, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, courier logistics and other operational tasks. Coordinate employee events and activities, including annual dinner, team buildings, anniversary celebrations. Develop expertise as the on-the-ground expert for local knowledge and current affairs. Job Requirements Excellent time management skills and organisational skills. Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with travel booking procedures.
