Able to deliver curriculum as per the guidelines set by Japan Ministry of EducationClassroom managementWork with students to create a positive environment for classroomPlanning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes and age groups;Conduct classes in accordance to set standards and ensure that all practices, including butnot limited to lesson plans, schedule and grading, are adhered to by department teachers;Organizing and getting involved in social and cultural activities such as Entrance Ceremony,Graduation Ceremony, Orientation Day, Sports Day, School Festival, School Trips, ExplanatorySession, Social Events and so on.Administrative duties include, but are not limited to, calculating and preparing report cardgrades for all students, recording grades in a Japanese matrix, preparing all course examinations.Participate in Faculty committee, Teacher's meetings accordinglyProvide support for Inter-cultural Education, Graduate Placement and Student Affairs department.Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises; marking and providing appropriatefeedback on home work;Devising, writing and producting new materials, including audio and visual resources;Supervises students in out-of-classroom activities during the school termCreate positive educational climate for students to learn in. Use hands-on instructional methodsand encourage critical thinking. Meet course and school-wide student performance goals.Tutor students on an individual basis.Organization, scheduling and time management skills;Fluent in MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel and Publisher.
