Why You’ll Love it Here: Kick-Off Your Career in Mid-Market/Enterprise Sales Learn a ton - we’ll teach you everything we know about engaging and selling in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment Compensation - Competitive base and uncapped commissions Benefits - Employer covered medical, dental, and vision Live your Life - Flexible time off Room to Grow - we’re big believers in promoting from within (an AE role is next up) What You’ll Be Doing: Owning the sales funnel from initial outreach through qualification (you set the foundation for the sales engagement) Setting meetings and qualifying sales-ready opportunities for the Account Executive (AE) Team Working with AE Teams to identify the next wave of Be Zero clients within target accounts Work with Senior Sales Leadership and the AE Team to learn the foundation for a successful sales career Discovering new leads through research, social media monitoring/messaging, using tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, X (formally Twitter), etc. Achieving, and exceeding, monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, etc.) Learning to become a trusted advisor to decision-makers in the sustainability space (Supply-Side and Buy-Side) Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to optimize our go-to-market strategy and tactics Who You Are: You have 1-2+ years of B2 B sales experience; Clima Tech is a big bonus You’re in the top 5% in terms of performance against quota and have the track record to back it up You’re a tenacious hunter who strives for excellence in everything you do You love to write and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways. Doing this in multiple languages is a plus You’re able to grasp new concepts quickly and apply them to a broad range of situations You have strong communication, analytical, and listening skills, with a positive approach You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, in-office environment The words “not my job” are not in your vocabulary We value diversity at Be Zero Carbon.
