Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade capital market products, ensuring timely execution and accurate capture of all transactions in the applicable trading platform.
  • Recommend securities ideas to clients, taking into account their investment and trading needs.
  • Facilitate the new product process, coordinating due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Discuss issues with stakeholders at all stages of the product due diligence and risk assessment process.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews on approved products and annual reviews to adjust product risk levels based on current market conditions.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are updated in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.
  • Handle queries from regulatory authorities related to regulated activity business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years' experience in finance/banking with knowledge of capital market products.
  • FMRP, CMFAS RES2B (previously M1B), CM-EIP (Previously M6), CM-SIP (Previously M6A), CACS 1 and CACS 2 certifications.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, VBA, Phyton knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with trading systems such as Bloomberg, MarketAxess and core banking platforms such as Avaloq is a plus.
