Molecular Biologist In This Role, You Will Be part of a team to develop solutions to detect and characterize pathogens using multi-omics approach Design and execute experiments to investigate functional characteristics of pathogens and impact of potential countermeasures Analyse experimental data and communicate findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations Job Requirements Degree / Masters / PhD in Life Sciences / Molecular Biology / Molecular Biotechnology Demonstrated expertise in extensive suite of molecular biology techniques such as PCR, molecular cloning, protein expression and purification Familiar with cellular and biochemical assays to investigate i) biological characteristics of bacteria and ii) anti-virulence properties of countermeasures Willing to work in BSL3Possess good communication and writing skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team Motivated individual with keen interest in research who stays updated on advancements in biotechnology and apply new knowledge and techniques to ongoing projects Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Other Industries Defense and Space Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at DSO National Laboratories by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Molecular Biologist” roles.
