Position Summary:
Handles all aspects of customer and vendor orders, from initial entry to final delivery and returns. Ensures smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage order management from order entry to delivery including returns.
  • To co-ordinate shipments with customers, transporters and warehouse on clearance/delivers according to established systems and processes to ensure timely delivery
  • Interface to customer & internal / external stakeholders for all issues regarding order, planning (optimum stocking) and logistics support.
  • Liaise with vendor, tracking and monitoring of the progress of orders
  • Any other duties as assigned

Education:
Min Certificate, ITE in Logistics / Supply Chain Mgmt, Engineering, Commercial.
Skills & Experience:
Min 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, electronics industry.
Enjoy working in a customer service environment.
Able to use MS Office.
Working knowledge of SAP (Business One or R3) would be an added advantage.
Attention to detail
Able to solve problem
