Singapore . We're looking for dynamic, self-driven professionals who bring depth of experience and passion to organizational transformation work.

What You'll Do
Partner with senior executives and teams to lead high-impact transformation projects.
Design and facilitate leadership development sessions for groups (up to 25+ participants).
Apply JMW's proprietary methodology to address the human factors influencing organizational success.
Lead small consulting teams through strategic engagements with global and regional clients.
Coach and guide leaders through complex change and performance improvement initiatives.
Navigate and impact large, matrixed organizations across industries.
What We're Looking For
Track record of managing consulting engagements with budgets of
S$1M+ .
Experience coaching senior executives and facilitating high-level workshops.
Strong consulting acumen, with prior experience in client and project management.
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort working across diverse industries and cultures.
Flexibility to travel, both regionally and globally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background in management consulting or a transformation-focused role within a large organization.
Experience working with
multinational companies
or
complex global environments .
Commercially savvy, entrepreneurial mindset.
Able to build credibility at the
C-suite level .
Collaborative team player who also thrives in independent, self-directed work.
Passionate about helping people grow and delivering tangible impact.
Singapore work authorization required.
