About Our Job

We are looking for a skilled Key Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes for improvement opportunities and working with stakeholders to define solutions, document requirements, and develop functional specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and at least 5 years' experience preferably in similar industry. Experience with AS400 will be a plus.

The candidate should also have the ability to deal with business and IT management at all levels, knowledge of support processes and ITIL certification is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Process & Requirements Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes for improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to define solutions, document requirements, and develop functional specifications.
  • Project & Vendor Management: Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, coordinate testing and implementation plans, and ensure effective resolution of issues with software/hardware vendors and HQ IT teams.
  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide support for client/server hardware and software, ensure systems availability, and manage IT-related Capex planning for upgrades, purchases, or replacements.
  • Training, Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain project/system documentation, support end-user training, and assist business units in adopting optimized business processes and systems.
  • Risk Management & Continuity Planning: Identify IT risks and improvement areas, and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness across all systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years' experience preferably in similar industry
  • Experience with AS400 will be a plus
  • Ability to deal with business and IT management at all levels
  • Knowledge of support processes and ITIL certification is a plus
