Description Contract durationFrom 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026, except from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 Working hoursMondays to Thurs: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break; Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Job Scope Perform front desk duties include telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in customers Attend to sick students, issue early release forms for students going home early and keep records of students reporting sick Assist in general ad hoc administration Any other hoc duties assigned by Admin Manager/Operation Manager/Vice-Principals/Principal Requirements Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in IT skills e.g Microsoft Word, MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Preferably have some basic first-aid knowledge Prior relevant working experience in school will be advantage We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
