Overview
Aedas is seeking a
Technical Coordinator (Architecture)
to join our design practice. We are a world-leading architecture firm focused on inspiring designs that enhance the built environment and enrich lives, with a holistic approach to sustainability across a global network.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed design and technical drawings aligned with project requirements.
Coordinate documentation across disciplines within a digital delivery environment; liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to integrate documentation.
Prepare statutory documents and drawings according to regulatory requirements.
Identify and resolve clashes and technical issues; revise and update drawings across project milestones and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate multidisciplinary drawings and BIM models; interpret and apply relevant regulations and statutory submission requirements.
Qualifications
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Architecture/Building Construction.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural draughtsmanship and technical coordination.
Proficient with AutoCAD, project information databases, and specification writing.
Experience in BIM and Revit is an advantage.
Construction drawing skills; familiar with Singapore standards and e-submissions, and Singapore statutory requirements.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to contribute to technical resolution within a team environment.
