End User Technology & Infrastructure Coordination Join to apply for the End User Technology & Infrastructure Coordination role at Societe Generale Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 technical support for front, back office, and support functions. Lead or coordinate regional and local infrastructure projects (e.g., device refresh, OS migration, office moves). Oversee local contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards. Monitor and report on end‐user satisfaction, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving service excellence. Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract reviews in alignment with SG global standards. Oversee IT asset lifecycle: provisioning, tracking, decommissioning, and replacement. Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises. Collaborate with global and regional teams on incident and change management. Maintain and enhance documentation, knowledge base, and user training materials. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment and communication. Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and user experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or operational risk. Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred. Familiarity with SG systems, tools, and governance processes is a strong advantage. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft technologies (Windows, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Working knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, DNS/DHCP, and basic scripting. Experience with collaboration tools, video conferencing, and remote support.
