We are seeking an experienced IT Manager/Senior Manager to lead or be part of project delivery teams in agile development of web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers, overseeing code reviews, standards, and release management.
  • Collaborate with business units on developing and deploying mobile and web products, integrating APIs with existing IT platforms, and developing solutions aligned with the IT Strategy roadmap.
  • Support the team with programming, code reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and developers.
  • Work with business and system analysts to implement IT applications and platforms efficiently.
  • Manage project stakeholders and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Promote good project management practices and governance within the IT team.
AI-Driven Innovation & Integration
  • Identify AI/ML use cases such as tenant engagement, energy efficiency, and predictive maintenance.
  • Design and oversee AI-powered features like chatbots, recommendation engines, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance, and evaluate third-party AI platforms for integration.
  • Lead agile teams to deliver scalable and secure applications.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural plans.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure platform reliability and AI service integration.
  • Conduct technical reviews and sprint planning for iterative delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years in application, mobile, or software development, including mobile platforms or DevOps experience.
  • At least 5 years managing IT projects in real estate, customer relations, or construction sectors.
  • Experience in roles such as team lead, project manager, business analyst, solution architect, or developer.
  • Strong full-stack coding and solutioning skills.
  • Familiarity with hospitality platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • People management skills are preferred for senior roles.
