NoPosition Type: Non-ManagementDuties & Responsibilities: Supporting on new and ongoing projects across campaign reporting and analysis, media research, and other administrative tasks, as required. Explore, track, and consolidate the latest media updates from competitors, as well as new offerings from media partners – E.g., Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and Airports. Review Marriott’s APEC paid media advertisements to ensure they follow brand guidelines and achieve optimal creative quality scores through creative management platforms. Evaluate and check proposed media recommendations from Marriott’s media agency for accuracy and consistency. Organization and upkeep of project invoice trackers and online file folders. Design, create, and edit Power Point slides for presentation decks to internal stakeholders. Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: You should be a high-potential intern passionate about establishing a career in the hospitality industry with the following attributes:Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proactive and creative, with a keen passion for advertising and media. Good understanding of social media platforms and usage trends across the region (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok). Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural team environment. Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines. PC skills - MS Office programs (Good understanding of Excel, Power Point, and basic knowledge of Word). Qualification Standard: Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or hospitality management preferred.Requirements: Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder, or valid student/work holiday pass. Eligible for an undergraduate program in a Singapore registered university or a graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, or United States.
